When collaborating for the future in many such ways as a student that is interested in becoming an administrator in the education field. The difficulty in having that desire to become a Leader of staff. As a former school teacher and a supervisor of parks in recreation in the large inner city that is a way to connect with the youth of different ages. By developing a relationship with the community. In many ways, there are many key components in the decision making in the function of how a school or park will be run through its values and mission statement or statements. I have taught in many schools as a substituted in school that had a mission statement and even had values on the desire of how the direction of the superintendent wants to develop staff and the positive momentum of how to get the teachers and community on board.
In many cases, the population in the community plays a big part in the direction of the schools. If the school’s location is in a lower-middle-class/poor community education is not looked as high as it would as being in a middle to the upper-middle-class neighborhood. The outlook on long term success is not taught in the home ( Home training for youth) With the outlook on life being grim. Getting staff and administration to understand that the issue that needs to be addressed is important. In many cases, the student has also experienced trauma in their neighborhood as far as water lead, drugs, bad parenting, and having a good conscience.
In the way of how to develop a core of professional educator to gather in the decision making of the development of student which serve as an important task. Getting inner-city community school to stay on task for their development towards their vision and mission in how they will like their students to be perceived. The students, teachers, and administrators have to always be on the task of keeping the mission and vision statement in motion as far as making sure students have a bright future. It seems that I would make sure that all students will look through the lenses of the vision statement. While leadership n the school among the teacher and administration will be important as far as the growth and change of the environment that will help support the school’s behavior for social, academics ad athletics.
In conclusion, leadership is very difficult when teachers and students have never been lead properly or students bring some of their negative home life to school and try to use this as a motivation. In some incidents that some students have the will to be toward other students whether its good or bad. But, with the correct mission statement that gives the community the strength to succeed with their growth of education in their school districts or area. In the collaboration, this will give a strong insight into how the taught process will be grasped and used in the right direction to be used to enhance our great goals.
