About Me

Hello, my name is Eric Glowacki and I am currently pursuing a degree in chemical and biomolecular engineering and will hopefully graduate in 2019. I’ve known that I’ve wanted to study chemistry for at least two years due to my involvement in my high school’s science olympiad program where I did chemistry lab. As a senior for chemistry lab, my partner and I won first place at the regional level and second place at the state competition. Also, I took AP chemistry my senior year which further solidified my desire to work in chemistry. It also showed me what I hope to work and research on in the future: electrochemistry. I think that field of study is incredibly fascinating, and I also know that it will be expanding due in part to the push for more efficient electric cars. My current dream job would be to work for Tesla or another battery company to develop the battery of tomorrow.
