On Halloween, a group of Global Ambassadors took a trip to North Market to experience food from around the world. Items on the menu included Polish perogies, Italian prosciutto and mozzarella paninis, Vietnamese noodles and anything else you could think of.
If you’re ever looking to have a great authentic international meal or even just to shop for locally grown produce, North Market is definitely a fantastic place to try out!
On Sunday, September 27, a group of Global Ambassadors hit the RPAC to enjoy one of the many exciting fitness classes Ohio State has to offer. Shake It! is a heart-pumping class any Ohio State student can attend that showcases one hour of fun, choreographed dances to the latest pop songs. What better way to workout and get to know people than to dance, or at least attempt to, with new friends?

For last week’s Global Engagement Night, on Tuesday, March 31, students came together to learn some fun facts about Central and South America. Students were split up into four different teams to battle it out in a trivia game. Who knew that the Amazon Rain Forest had over 2.5 million insect species and pink dolphins can be found swimming in the Amazon River? This Global Engagement Night called for teamwork and great discussion, but eventually one team took the win!
