I have always been fascinated with the fine lines and immense amount of details seen within Pueblo and Acoma pottery. The repetition of shapes and patterns would transfer over wonderfully to a 2D shape….theoretically. Most patterns I have seen have only been applied onto round pieces, so I think it would be interesting to see what happens to these patterns when they are transformed onto a shape with hard edges.
