“I am a first-year Honors Biomedical Science student on the pre-medicine track pursuing a double minor in Neuroscience and Women’s, Gender, & Sexuality Studies at The Ohio State University. I grew up in Mason, a suburb near Cincinnati. I discovered my passion for medicine and patient interaction by volunteering at local hospitals throughout high school, which led me to my decision to pursue an MD or an MD-PhD pathway. I’m extremely grateful to be a member of Dr. Ghoneim’s lab and look forward to contributing my time and dedication to furthering the lab’s novel research on T-cell rejuvenation.”
