Include your invoice number on all payments. If a customer number appears on your invoice, please include this number also.
Shipping and Handling
The shipping and handling cost on any order shipped within the contiguous U.S. is 10% of the total order or a minimum shipping and handling charge of $10.00 (whichever is the greater).
We aim to process and ship orders within one business week. COVID-19 limitations on our warehouse and fluctuations in demand may affect our standard timeline.
All orders shipped to a location within the contiguous U.S. are sent UPS Ground. A street address must be provided; we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. UPS Ground should deliver your order within 1-5 business days. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.
Contact us for shipping options outside the contiguous U.S. (orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, internationally, or to a PO or APO box).
In addition to a larger shipping cost, customs charges may be assessed on international orders. We cannot estimate these charges.
