Multiple studies were conducted by the Gardiner Lab on a network of 62 vacant lots in Cleveland, Ohio which were seeded and mown in a variety of combinations. Vacant lots which were seeded with native plants and allowed to grow are pictured in this gallery, along with the “cues to care” that the lab used to signal the lots were in use.
