Vision Statement

In these two years at the Ohio State University, I have learned a great deal and accomplished a lot, and have a lot more to do!

In the last two years, some of the things I have done include getting into the BME ( Biomedical Engineering) Major. While this may not have been terribly difficult for all students who were accepted, it was for me. Throughout high school, I always went into a class knowing what it would be like and what the coursework would be. This was my first time going in without this knowledge and this lead to a lot of learning as a person. I joined multiple clubs in which I got operations manager in OSU Dhadkan, and am a Morale Captain as a part of Buckeyethon. I plan on getting more involved in BMES as it was a club that truly helped me and assisted me in getting into my major.

For the future, I have planned to complete lots more volunteering along with preparing for my MCAT. I have currently made my schedule so that I can take it in the coming February/March as by then I will have taken BIochemistry which is the last class I need to take for the admissions test. In regards to clubs, I hope to advance my position in BMES and become part of the organizing body for the BioHack annual event. For OSU Dhadkan I plan on advancing my role to President of the organization by my senior year! I also want to spend more time on research so I can pursue more of my academic goals in College.
