Research Assistants

ELLE ZELAKIEWICZ is a third-year from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is majoring in psychology with a minor in German. She has research interests in the fields of both clinical and social psychology. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, she plans to attend graduate school for clinical psychology.

 

 

FINN LERNER is a second-year psychology and anthropology double major. She is interested in the overlap between different primate species and known applications of human social interactions within those species. After graduation, she plans to get her PhD. specializing in primatology to further study primate behavior.

 

 

CURTIS HUGHES is a fourth-year psychology and neuroscience double major. He has not particular research interests, besides traumatic brain injuries. After graduation, he plans to pursue his PhD. in Clinical Neuropsychology.

 

 

 

 

 

RAYMOND KO is a third-year psychology major. He interested in social psychology and how people develop in various ways from birth to adulthood. After graduation, he plans to pursue graduate school for clinical psychology.

 

 

SHREE LUITEL is a fourth-year psychology major and statistics minor. She is broadly interested in social psychology and IO psychology. After graduation, she plans to work in IO for a year then apply to graduate programs for social psychology.

SASCHA SMOOT is a fourth-year, double majoring in psychology and biology. She is broadly interested in neurobiology and plans to pursue graduate school upon graduation.

SHAYLA SANGER is a third-year psychology and criminology double major. She is interested in the intersections of social psychology and criminal justice. Shayla plans on attending graduate school for social psychology.

ANUHA VELLANKI is a second-year majoring in Medical Anthropology with a minor in Psychology. She is broadly interested in social and clinical psychology. Anuha’s post grad plans are getting a Masters in psychology before applying medical school.

Cayleigh Turner is a third-year Psychology and Human Development/Family Science double major. She is interested in research in clinical and social psychology. After graduation, she plans to go to graduate school for clinical psychology.

Chi Mutiso is a fourth-year Psychology and criminology double major. She has research interests that tie both clinical and social psychology together. After graduating, she plans to pursue a PhD in clinical psychology.

Jocelyn Spanbauer is a fourth-year pursuing dual degrees in Psychology and Spanish. After graduation, she plans to attend law school, specializing in immigration law. With her interest in social psychology, she will investigate how language used in writing laws acts to marginalize nonnative English speakers and advocate for more inclusive legal processes.

Katue Weaver is a fourth-year Psychology major with minors in French and Anthropology. She has research interests in both social and child psychology. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, she plans to attend a masters program in counseling psychology before pursuing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology.

Patrick Duffy is a fourth-year Psychology major with research interests in both social and behavioral psychology. Future plans include pursuing a masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Rupal Mahajan is a second-year Psychology major with a minor in Communication. She is interested in social and abnormal psychology and is planning on pursuing a path in clinical psychology after graduation.

Francesca Bejarano is a fourth-year Psychology major with a minor in Philosophy. Her research interests are in positive psychology and ADHD in children/adults. After graduation she plans on taking a gap year to focus on research/volunteer work and is planning on attending graduate school for clinical psychology.

Shanelle White is a fourth-year Psychology major with a minor in non-profit management. Her research interests are in social and clinical psychology on why humans make the decisions they do and what influences those decisions. After graduation she plans on taking a gap year between graduate school to find out what she wants to pursue.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Caitlin Bock is a second-year psychology major and music minor. She has research interests in the fields of clinical and developmental psychology. After graduation, she plans to pursue graduate school for music therapy.

 

 

Allie Woodard is a third-year psychology major and education minor. Her research interests are in social and educational psychology and he plans to pursue a PhD in social psychology after graduating.

 

 

 

 

Shea Finger is a second-year psychology major. Her research interests include developmental and abnormal psychology and she plans to go to graduate school for her masters in counseling psychology.
