Neighborhood Services needs your help this Thanksgiving!

Hello Friends,
It is time to start planning for Thanksgiving. This year we will be setting up a Thanksgiving “shop” on the conference room side of the food pantry. Neighbors will line up outside the conference room side entrance for Thanksgiving pickup. We will be serving on Monday Nov 25, Tuesday Nov 26, and Wednesday Nov 27 between 10-1. We already have an estimated 130 families signed up.
To get ready for the Thanksgiving shop, we will be having a Thanksgiving setup time outside of pantry hours. We are trying to determine when we could have the most volunteers available to help. Could you please let me know if you would be available to help at any of the following days/times. Let me know if a specific time works for you:
Friday November 22nd late afternoon (after 1:00),
Friday November 22nd evening,
Saturday November 23rd morning or
Saturday November 23rd afternoon?
I think we could do it in a couple hours or less if we have enough people. If you have friends or family who would like to help, let me know!
Please remember that our regular pantry will still be open while Thanksgiving Shopping is going on. We will need all hands on deck. If you can come between 9-1 on Monday Tuesday or Wednesday ANYTIME, please sign up to volunteer. You can email call or let me know in person.
We had 104 households last week and we are on track to do this many again this week!
