Preventive maintenance is the cornerstone for preserving the physical assets of The Ohio State University and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center campus communities.  Building Facilities Systems HVAC technicians play a vital role in ensuring facilities and operational systems are effectively maintained.  As service professionals, we treat our customers and each other with respect and dignity. All employees will honor our motto by being responsible for their time and actions, keeping their word, and focusing on sustainable solutions.

Our HVAC specialists ensure the comfort and air quality within university buildings. Focusing on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, the team is trained in maintaining and optimizing climate control systems. As part of the Skilled Trades Professional Development Program, Managers, Mentors, and Associate, Technician, and Technician Senior trainees will find supportive resources and information essential to their roles in the program.
