Registration Fee
The conference registration fee for In-Person Attendance provides:
- Admittance to the conference sessions and access to conference materials
- Networking and Breakfasts: opportunities for networking each morning before starting conference activities
- Tour on Monday throughout the city of Nijmegen: a guided bus trip exploring World War II events in the city, culminating in a visit to the WWII Infocentrum
- Networking and Lunches: opportunities for networking and relaxing during the midday pause on Monday and Tuesday
- Networking and Dinners: opportunities for networking and collaboration with one dinner included in the conference fee
- Collaboration session on Wednesday to build together the field
Notes: Registration fees are non-refundable. All Presentations will be made in person. The registration information on this page is for in-person conference attendance. Should you need to attend virtually, contact local organization at commitmentconference@ru.nl. Requests made by June 22, 2025, will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
