Registration Fee

The conference registration fee for In-Person Attendance provides:

• Admittance to the conference sessions and access to conference materials
• Networking and Breakfasts: opportunities for networking each morning before starting conference activities
• Tour on Monday throughout the city of Nijmegen: a guided bus trip exploring World War II events in the city, culminating in a visit to the WWII Infocentrum
• Networking and Lunches: opportunities for networking and relaxing during the midday pause on Monday and Tuesday
• Networking and Dinners: opportunities for networking and collaboration with one dinner included in the conference fee
• Collaboration session on Wednesday to build together the field

Notes: Registration fees are non-refundable. All Presentations will be made in person. The registration information on this page is for in-person conference attendance. Should you need to attend virtually,  contact local organization at commitmentconference@ru.nl. Requests made by June 22, 2025, will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.

The registration fees are provided below. Registration is not complete until your fee has been processed.
