About Me

Dad and Me OSU MSU game

Hi, my name is Andrew Fisher, and I am a first year at Ohio State in the Max M. Fisher School of Business. I am pursuing a specialization of Accounting while additionally minoring in American Public Policy. Currently, I am a member of A Kid Again-Ohio State Chapter, where I help organize and fundraiser events for families raising kids with life-threatening illnesses. Furthermore, I am a supervisor Oxley’s Cafe, where I help make the best cookies on campus! Previously, I graduated from St. Xavier in 2015, where I played Varsity baseball, along with being the program coordinator for a community service organization called Big Buddies. Some of my passions include any Cincinnati or Detroit sports team, history, politics, and doing community service.

Artifacts

Intermural Baseball Champs This picture was taken right after my softball team won the intermural softball championship. This moment was special because it was during my second month at Ohio State, and all of my teammates are apart of the Business Scholars Program. As a team and program, we grew closer together, bonded by the common experience of having fun playing softball together every week.

Year in Review

[ “Year in Review”  is where you should reflect on the past year and show how you have evolved as a person and as a student.  You may want to focus on your growth in a particular area (as a leader, scholar, researcher, etc.) or you may want to talk about your overall experience over the past year.  For more information, go to: http://honors-scholars.osu.edu/e-portfolio.
