Achieving Work-Life Balance & Time Management – October 5, 2015

Achieving Work-Life Balance & Time Management with Dr. Roger Hall

rogerNew faculty are in a stage of life where there are twin demands — pressure to establish oneself in a career and simultaneous pressure to establish primary relationships or a family. Then there are the financial strains, the physical changes of academic life, the geographic transitions, and the list goes on. It seems that it is tough to balance life. In this seminar, Dr. Hall will address the threat of information overload and decision fatigue to high quality academic work — with a specific look at technology. He will also address the Big Ten Factors that make up an exceptional life.

Dr. Hall is a consulting psychologist licensed in Ohio and Indiana. He provides executive coaching to business owners, senior executives and high potential young leaders. He provides executive assessment services for companies as they choose people to develop. He enjoys training work groups to enhance their performance. He facilitates executive agenda and team building meetings. He works on talent assessment and succession planning. He has worked with leaders from Fortune 20 companies as well as small entrepreneurial firms.
