FacOPs RPAC
The start of my second year I was able to start my employment as an assistant in the Facility Operations in the RPAC. I was later promoted to a manager the next semester. I have learned many hard and soft skills at this job. I am most proud of how much more a leader I became on the job. I became more comfortable with finding ways I am able to lead and mange a group of people when caring out tasks. I am also able to guide people during times of chaos when their is an emergency in place.
