The Part 3 Learning Portfolio is designed to illustrate students’ development of core competencies in the Lead.Serve.Inspire curriculum and serves as a culminating project in Part Three of LSI. It provides both formative and summative assessment of achievement in the Practice-based & Lifelong Learning Competency.
Reflective Stories
Reflective stories are intended to be the central feature of the portfolio. Each reflective story should convey a narrative illustrating the student’s development in one of the LSI competency domains while referencing significant learning experiences. Students may utilize any combination of visual, auditory, and textual communication and should include relevant artifacts in each story.
Students are also welcome to add additional categories in order to convey other experiences, reflections, or achievements.
Examples of stories for each of the core competencies in the LSI curriculum can be viewed by clicking on the categories to the right.
