G.O.A.L.S.

The University Honors & Scholars Center at The Ohio State University serves high-ability, motivated undergraduate students. G.O.A.L.S.

 

G – I wish to gain more knowledge on what is going on in our world through active participation in College Republicans this year and throughout my time at OSU.

 

O – As I continue through my major, I will engage in active research both in my classes and outside my classes, but related to concepts of mechanical engineering in some way.

 

A – I am going to commit myself to my academic endeavors by spending at least one hour of studying/work for each class per day, and participate in tutoring sessions regularly throughout each semester.

 

L – Through the clubs and organizations that I will be participating in, I plan on committing to a position of power in order to better develop my leadership skills and qualities.

 

S – Through Engineers for Community Service, I am planning on engaging in service projects that are designed to fit the principles of my major in some way.
