Project Schedule

The project schedule was used as a benchmark for team member for when to have different parts of the project started and when to have these parts finished. Additionally, the schedule served to distribute responsibility of different assignments to each member of the team, ensuring every part of the project had someone accountable and responsible for its completion.

During the course of the project, the team generally stuck to the deadlines set in the project schedule, but there were a few minor changes. Notably, planned finished dates of certain assignments were pushed forward because the team was able to complete the work before the pre-establish deadline.
