Before beginning to build the robot, the team met to brainstorm different ideas. After creating a table with all the different design ideas, the team narrowed the design down to three ideas. Sujitt drew these ideas out, which can be found below. The team also created different paths the robot could take on the course and sketched them out. These paths can also be found below.
The team chose their favorite design, number one, to be their robot. Based off of the sketch, Alex created a mockup of the robot out of cardboard. Pictures of the mockup can be found below.
