Performance Test 4 required the robot to start from the initial position, move up the ramp and turn the wheel in the correct direction, and then come down the ramp again [1]. The device initially used to turn the fuel crank was a pronged device made of forks and cardboard that was attached to a micro servo. This approach was moderately successful, but it required the robot to be in a near perfect position in order to rotate the wheel, as the prongs were supposed to align with the middle of the crank. Because of this, the robot was unsuccessful on its first attempt at Performance Test 4 on March 9, 2018. The rotating device was later altered to be made of wood and chopsticks. This studier device was much better and had more room for error, as the width between the prongs was larger than before, meaning that the mechanism barely had to catch the wheel and would still be successful. On March 21, 2018, the robot completed Performance Test 4. The main takeaway fro
