Schedule
The team kept an in depth schedule for each task containing estimated start and finish dates, actual start and finish dates, estimated hours to complete, actual hours to complete, which team member was in charge, as well as percent completed.
Budget
The team created the robot with $44.35 left in their budget. One of the team’s main goals was to spend as little money as possible as a precaution – if an expensive part of the robot broke right before competition, the team wanted to be able to replace it with ease. On the budget page is an extensive summary and description of the team’s expenditures.
Time Logs
The team tracked the hours spent per week on the robot project both in the meeting notes and in time logs. These logs give a sense of how much time members put into the project and which aspects each member focused on.
