Meeting Agenda:

  1. Prepare for final competition
  2. Fix the last part of the robot code

Meeting Notes: 

Everyone was present for this meeting. The whole team was interviewed by Ohio State’s communications department about the robot and the process of building it. After this, Tom and Shyon tested the robot for final competition and fixed issues that came up. Dean worked on testing logs and helped out with testing. Outside of class, he soldered 6 CdS cells and mounted them on the robot, so it wouldn’t miss reading the light. Meghan helped test the robot and worked on documentation.

  1. Complete second final report draft
  2. Documentation board meeting
  3. Test new skid

Meeting Notes: 

Everyone was present for this meeting. Tom worked on testing the new spoon skid, and Shyon helped with testing this. Dean prepared for and went to the documentation board meeting and brought feedback for the team. He then helped with testing the robot. Meghan worked on and submitted the second final report draft.
