The electrical systems on board the robot utilized the Proteus, acting as the brain, a multitude of sensors for navigation functions, and motors giving the robot movement. The Proteus was wired to two Vex Motors, a HEXTEK mini-servo, a Futaba servo motor, a CdS cell, two digital optosensors functioning as encoders, two Bump switches, and the electromagnet transistor .
