2/20/14 – Testing Log

Things tested: Robot’s ability to use shaft encoding, robot’s ability to use forklift, robot’s ability to hit pin, robot’s ability to hit and turn switch

Details: Shaft encoding worked easily but the pin wheels that counted transitions got scraped up and sometimes were unreliable. Servo’s worked pretty well with forklift. Robot was inconsistent with turning due to shaft encoders/wheels slipping. Robot could easily get to pin but had trouble turning the switch from there.
