Each Group in Team H is responsible for the total completion of their game.
Vinny Rosile and Amarth Chen will be responsible for the main game: Tank Commander II and all associated documentation.
Justin Kluge and Chunran Yung will be responsible for the second game: Hangman and all associated documentation.
All members are expected to complete the assignments designated as named in Carmen Canvas and/or this document.
The Primary Means of Communication is the Group H GroupMe account. The Secondary means will be in class meetings. Additionally, extra documentation will be available for group edits over Google Docs.
Scheduling of Meetings will occur over GroupMe, or if needed, via verbal agreement in class.
Additional Specific Team Member Responsibilities:
Vinny Rosile will do be the primary reviewer of all documentation and designer of the posters. Amarth Chen is the primary reviewer of code for the Tank Commander II game. Vinny Rosile will be the primary code reviewer for Hangman.
Conflict Resolution Steps;
Team Lead Vinny Rosile will be the final decision maker for the consequences of all minor issues that may come up if a majority vote on a resolution to the issues is impossible.
- General Frustrations and minor issues with group dynamics will be discussed in the group and is expected to be resolved amicably.
- Individuals are expected to resolve their own issues in terms of scheduling or if a long-term issue with scheduling is anticipated, to communicate this with the team lead (Vinny Rosile) and the GTA.
- Any work ethic issue from any team member will be communicated to the GTA for review
Regardless of an individual team members performance, the responsibility to complete the assignment fully and completely resides with the team. Therefore, the loss of a member of the team for any reason does not create and excuse for other members of the team to not continue working. Assignments will be re-distributed if needed so that the schedule of development is not hindered by any incident.
