2) Primary Means of Communication and Expectations

All group mates communicate primarily through the Groupme app. We all are required to check the app daily at the least. We all have the app set up to send notifications to us, so that every group mate is alerted when something is said in the Groupme chat.

3) Scheduling of Meetings

We will meet every Sunday at any time arranged through Groupme between Noon and 9pm at an arranged location through Groupme. Saturdays are also up for discussion.

4) General Responsibilities for All Team Members

  • If there are any issues, speak up and let the group know what the issue is. We can always work things out.
  • Always try to show up on time, and if you can’t make it to a meeting, just let us know ahead of time and make sure you show up for the next meeting.
  • Always do your part, whatever it may be for yourself and for the group.
  • Help each other out whenever need be. We’re all in this together.

5) Specific Team Member Responsibilities/Deadlines

All group mates are assigned identical tasks in making sure that the group stays up to date on all assignments, and that we communicate and work as a team to help each other at tall times.

6) Conflict and Resolution

If there are issues within the group that need to be addressed, there are two steps that we will take in order to fix them.

  1. Discuss the issue as a group and try to fix it.
  2. If we can’t find a solution to the problem ourselves or if the issue persists, a TA or the instructor will need to be contacted to fix the issue.

7) Expectations of Faculty and GTA’s

If a team member fails to live up to this agreement, the situation may be reported to the staff, but the team will still be responsible for submitting a completed assignment. Staff will be available to meet with teams to resolve issues.
