2)  Primary Means of Communication and Expectations

The group has agreed to communicate through text messaging (IMessage). The expectation for a response is ASAP or within 24 hours at the very latest. 

3)  Scheduling of Meetings 

            We will schedule meetings on an as-needed basis either at the end of classes or over Imessage/Text. We will try to choose times that will work for everyone, meetings will be as long as needed to complete work or until member(s) have to step away.

5)  Specific Team Member Responsibilities/Deadlines

  • Team member Hayden will be responsible for programming the code and making sure that other supporting documents are submitted. Also, Hayden will be making sure the group is on track and does deviate from the end goal.
  • Team Member Aayush will be responsible for programming the code and also making sure that the other documents are submitted. Also, Aayush will be responsible for making sure teammates are meeting deadlines.
  • Team Member Joshua will be responsible for programming the code and making sure that the other documents are submitted. Also, Joshua will schedule any meeting if need be. 

 

6)  Conflict Resolution

If any issues arise within our group. The group members will take the following steps to mitigate and eventually resolve the conflict. 

  1. Give the person a warning. If the same thing happens a second time Skip 1 and go directly to 2.
  2. Confront the Person
  3. Tell the GTA or Dr. Pulchiero about the person’s conduct and have them resolve or try to resolve the situation.
  4. If any minor issues arise they should be settled by a majority vote of the team members. Whichever idea gets two votes wins.

 

7)  Expectations of Faculty and GTA’s 

It should be the responsibility of the professor and/or GTA to assist our group with any group conflicts that arise, if the first 2 steps of the conflict resolution fail to bring an end to the conflict.
