- First, open MATLAB on your device. Hit “Run” to begin the game.
- Identify who is player 1 (red chip) and player 2 (black chip). Player one will go first.
- The goal of the game is for one player to get 4 chips of their color in a row. This is done by placing 4 consecutive chips vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.
- To take a turn, click on the column in which you want your chip to go into. The chip will then fall into the lowest available row in that column.
- After player one’s turn, player two can do the same thing, clicking a column for their black chip to fall into.
- Repeat this pattern until one player has 4 in a row or the game board is completely full with no win (Tie).
- When the game is over, a win message or tie message will be displayed. To play again, close out of that message and the game board, hit “Run” again, and restart the process.
