A. Team Working Agreement

  1. Primary Means of Communication and Expectations: All members will be expected to read any form of communication from any member on a daily basis and respond within 12 hours.
  2. Scheduling Meetings: Meetings will be scheduled at the end of class. Meeting times and dates may vary, but group members will meet at least once a week.
  3. General Responsibilities for All Team Members: Team members are expected to do the following:
    – Stay on task during group meetings
    – Divide the work fairly among the group
    – Complete assigned task on time
    – Be on time to meetings
    – If a member will be absent, the member will notify the group ahead of time
    – Discuss problems as they arise
  4. Conflict Resolution: If conflicts arise, the group will discuss the issue and try to come to a conclusion. If the problem is not resolved, TAs, GTAs, or the instructor will be contacted for support.
