2) Primary Means of Communication and Expectations
State your team’s agreed upon various means of communication and expectations for response.
– All team members are expected to read messages on Groupme from anyone in the group on a daily basis
and respond within 2 hours.
– All team members are expected to be equally responsible to help each other to get projects done ahead of the due date. – All team members are expected to motivate each other to help complete the projects and stay
focused
3) Scheduling of Meetings
Team agreed to set any meetings times and agenda at the end of each class. Will send reminders through google calendar.
Example Agenda Format -A Team member has to confirm with the other team mates at least a day before, prior to setting a time and location.

If a team member fails to live up to this agreement, the situation may be reported to the staff, but the team will still be responsible for submitting a completed assignment. Staff will be available to meet with teams to resolve issues.
