2) Primary Means of Communication and Expectations
All team members are expected to respond to communication about the class in the text messaging group each day with in four hours. Further, if text messaging fails, communication can be executed through each member’s OSU outlook account and must respond within six hours. Also, if needed phone calls can made upon necessity.
3) Scheduling of Meetings
After each class, meetings will be scheduled if the team decides that it is necessary for various projects. Also, a time and meeting place will be set. A team member will send the information that was agreed upon in the group text message immediately after the team sets a meeting time and place. That person will also remind the team members in the group text message at least four hours before the meeting time. Further, each member will take turns sending out this information. If a team member is not able to make a meeting, the meeting can be rescheduled if necessary.

4) General Responsibilities for All Team Members
Team members are expected to do the following:
- Stay on task during lab.
- Complete assignments on time.
- Actively work on assignments throughout the week
- If issues or conflicts arise, discuss and resolve them as soon as possible.
- Share the work of each project.
- Ensure that each team member has a copy reports and understands the content within reports.
- Contribute to ideas and conversation among other team members.
5) Specific Team Member Responsibilities/Deadlines
*Section will be added to upon necessity as more responsibilities arise.
6) Conflict Resolution
If issues arise within our group, we will take the following steps to solve that issue, whatever includes.
- The group will have a discussion to find a solution by compromising and having a civil discussion
- If the previous method does not work, the group will consult with GTA or Professor Krieger at a scheduled time, or immediately, if necessary.
- If step one and two do not solve the problem, the group will allow a GTA or Professor Krieger decide on what to do with the issue.
7) Expectations of Faculty and GTA’s
If any team member fails to comply with the guidelines outlined in this agreement, the team must submit a completed assignment. However, the issue will still be able to be resolved by staff, if necessary. Further, if any other assistance is needed with projects or assignments that does not pertain to conflicts with team members, staff will still be able to help the team.
