2)  Primary Means of Communication and Expectations 

 

We will communicate by phone, specifically, GroupMe and texting. 

If needed, email. 

We expect to respond to each other within 2 hours. 

 

3)  Scheduling of Meetings  

 

We will set up meeting times and agendas at the end of each class if needed

Agenda: Be prepared for SDP class 2. 

 

4)  General Responsibilities for All Team Members 

 

  • Stay on task during lab. 
  • Divide the work fairly and be sure that everyone participates equally. 
  • Complete assigned tasks on time. 
  • Be on time to all meetings, and notify other team members ahead of time in case of absence from a meeting. 
  • Discuss any problems as they arise. 
  • Ensure that all team members have a copy of the finished report. 
  • Ensure that all team members understand all of the concepts and information presented in the report. 
  • Respect the ideas of each member/hear out their ideas on assignments 

 

5)  Specific Team Member Responsibilities/Deadlines (If applicable) 

 

  • Dan: Will type out assignments during group meetings and send to Olsan 
  • Kevin: Video and storyboard editor and will upload documents to website when needed 
  • Jack: Find someone to interview 
  • Olsan: Will help anyone with their tasks when needed/research 
  • We all will work on each component of the project together 

 

6)  Conflict Resolution 

 

  1. Try and talk out the problem and find the solution if it is possible. 
  1. Go to TAs and ask for help and advice on what to do or how to resolve the issue 
  1. Go to Dr. Phil or Max if the TAs cannot help us sort out our problems 

 

7)  Expectations of Faculty and GTA’s 

 

If one of our members continually fails to meet expectations of the group, then we will contact a TA or professor to decide what the student needs to change about his behavior or what consequences he will receive.
