Our team is quite proud of Halls of the Ghost Giant. We feel that it showed off our skills and our creativity to a much greater degree than many of the example games provided in class. If given more time, the structure of the code is such that more rooms and game elements can be easily added in the future. Working on this project provided us with a greater understanding of what it takes to create a game with more modern features such as : character statistic tracking, combat systems, loot elements, and more. If you enjoyed playing Halls of the Ghost Giant, look to the classic games that our team drew inspiration from in its development. Some examples include Zork and the original Baldur’s Gate.
