Welcome to OSU
Whether you arrived this year or in the past year or so we have a welcome gift for you. No strings attached! We hope your transition to your new job and campus here at OSU has been a smooth one. We know that there are a lot of things you need to do to get settled and unpacked. We want to welcome you as a new colleague and look forward to meeting you. We are a network of Christian faculty and staff at OSU who are trying to provide opportunities to connect our faith to our academic world in meaningful ways. You can pick up your gift at a luncheon at the faculty club that we host each month during the year or just let us know and we will deliver it to your office.
This custom designed, 15oz. mug may well become one of your favorite drinking vessels. We have selected quotes on education, life and learning by Martin Luther King, Jr., Elenore Roosevelt, Maya Angelu, Albert Einstein, and more. We recognize that you may not be a person of religious faith and designed it to fit the heart, mind and hand of most faculty.
Please let us know that you are here and we will make sure you get ‘mugged’. 🙂
Hi, I am a new faculty in the OSU Neuroscience Department. I arrived at OSU last November. I am excited to find this fellowship through website search, I would like to have a further connections! Thank you.
Welcome to OSU!
Dr. Ye, our fellowship is hosting a discussion of a book on neurocience and faith by Curt Thompson, our recent speaker here at Faculty Roundtable. Would you be interested in reading this book with others? The Deepest Place: Suffering and the formation of Hope.
