Do You Need A Pesticide or Fertilizer License?

Are you looking to earn a private pesticide or fertilizer applicator license? On December 22nd, the Shelby County Extension Office will be holding a pesticide license training course and a fertilizer applicator certification training.

The fertilizer certification will begin at 9:00 am and will conclude at noon. This class will earn you your fertilizer applicator license through the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA).

There will be a brief break for participants to grab lunch.

The pesticide license prep course will begin at 1:00 pm and go until 4:00 pm. This class will prepare you to take the pesticide license exam through the ODA.

Both classes cost $30 to attend. Study materials will be provided. Snacks and refreshments are included, but lunch is on your own.
