The 4-H Display Barn will now house Junior Fair Poultry this year. All 4-H and FFA still projects will be housed in the Ed Sands/Farm Bureau Building.
If your club has a booth, all still projects will go in the club’s booth.
If your club is not having a booth, there will be a special area in the 4-H Display Barn for your member’s projects to be displayed.
A reminder that in order for a member to receive a fair pass OR premium for their project, it MUST BE DISPLAYED the entire week of the fair!
Gardening/Crop Projects will be brought to the Ed Sands/Farm Bureau Building during set-up times and will be displayed together. Please check with the OSU Extension staff present to check-in your gardening/crop exhibit.
There will NOT be a special area in for all State Fair Clothing Participants – so these projects will need to be displayed in the club’s booth.
Please note, no straw is permitted in the displays including bales! The use of feathers is also prohibited from displays.
4-H booth setup will be Friday, October 7th from 1:00 – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 8th from 12:00 – 6:00 p.m. 4-H booth tear down is Sunday, October 16th from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. ONLY – no early removals!
