Quality Assurance Training is required for all members who will be exhibiting a livestock project at the Fairfield County Fair or Junior Exhibitor at the Ohio State Fair. This includes the following projects: Beef (Breeding & Market); Dairy Breeding & Dairy Feeders; Goats (Angora, Dairy, Meat, Market & Pygmy); Poultry (Breeding & Market); Sheep (Breeding & Market); Swine; Rabbits (Breeding & Market).
Members are required to attend one Quality Assurance Clinic taught by a certified instructor. Members should sign in at the beginning of the clinic and complete a questionnaire at the end of the clinic. Please return the questionnaire to an adult at the clinic.  This is the final countywide training for members who missed their club QA Clinic or have not met their requirement for the current year.
If members do not attend a club clinic or county-wide make-up Quality Assurance Clinic, they will be ineligible to exhibit and show livestock at the Fairfield County Fair or Ohio State Fair.
If you have attended an out of county quality assurance event, please log into 4-H online and verify we have received record of you attending quality assurance training. How do you tell if you’ve completed?  You should find the information below your name on your family home page.
