Livestock Sale Buyer Thank You Notes – Due November 1st!
For those 4-H and FFA members who sold livestock in the Livestock Sale at the Fairfield County Fair this year, should be reminded that their thank you note to all buyers must be turned into their club/chapter advisor by Thursday, November 1st, 2018.
Advisors should have already picked up their list of buyer addresses for their club/chapter to distribute to members for writing thank you notes. Please keep this list as your checklist to record thank you notes have been received and mailed to the buyers for each respective 4-H or FFA member. Members are responsible for providing their thank you note in an addressed and stamped envelope so that advisors can put them in the mail. Members may reference this guide from Oregon State Extension for helpful thank you note writing tips.
Advisors will also need to please keep their checklist also for check pick up day in December.
