Ohio 4-H Teen Leadership Council will be hosting a second Achievement Form Workshop on November 10th, 2018 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. in the Agricultural Administration Building on OSU Columbus Campus in the Auditorium. Registration is free, however there will be parking costs on campus.

This workshop is open to all 4-H members, parents, advisors, and professionals, however it is most beneficial for the members to bring their completed or mostly completed forms and records so that they can receive 1:1 coaching and critiquing.
If you were unable to attend the first introductory workshop in September, please contact Frances and she can send you the Zoom (video) recording and materials.
Can’t make this date? No problem! Leslie will be hosting a workshop on Thursday, December 6th, 2018 in Fairfield County. Junior Achievement Forms will be covered between 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. for those youth who will be age 13 and under as of 1/1/2019. Older youth (ages 14-18 as of 1/1/2019) are invited to attend the Ohio 4-H Achievement Form Workshop from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. that same evening!
