Advisor Opportunity!

Please join Trish Preston (advisor of Green Extreme) and fellow advisors for a fun 4-H Volunteer – Advisors Motivational & Inspirational Training on Tuesday, April 17th, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Olive Branch Pizza in Canal Winchester.

Trish had the pleasure of attending an advisor training session at 4-H Conference earlier this month. Amy Fleshman is a volunteer from Franklin County and her presentation made a big impact. She doesn’t hold back any punches, no excuses accepted and she will motivate, inspire you while at the same time making you evaluate your current way of doing business to make sure we are each on track, serving to the best of our ability and that the kids are receiving the best of us and the 4-H program. Are the kids having fun? Do they want to come back? Are you taking care of families? Are we taking care of ourselves in the process? SO much more to the conversation…

Trish hopes that you please, make time, change your plans, do what you have to do, to attend this workshop. She felt it was applicable to all facets of her life at home and at work as well as 4-H. To make this fun, she is arranging to host this at the Olive Branch Pizza in Canal Winchester. Come and grab dinner (on your own) and we will meet in the community room. Please share with other volunteers county wide who would like to join us. RSVP not required but appreciated.

Thanks!

Help support 4-H Professionals from across the nation!

This October, Ohio is hosting the 2018 National Association of Extension 4-H Conference in Columbus. This is a major source of professional development for our Ohio (& national) 4-H professionals. It is also a very expensive undertaking for the host state each year…as you can see below, we are making headway, but still have a ways to go! If you know anyone who might be interested in sponsoring (at any $ level), please let us know! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

Additionally, the planning committee would like to share the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Information Packet. Please pass along to anyone who may be interested! 2018 NAE4-HA Sponsor and Exhibitor Packet
