Teens interested in serving as a 4-H Camp Counselor in 2018 must complete a camp counselor application packet which can be found here.
Please note that returning counselor must re-apply each year. Teens wishing to serve as Camp Counselors in 2018 must be at least 14 years old by the start of camp, need to submit an application, signed Standards of Behavior Form, signed Code of Conduct Form, Counselor Permission to Participate – 2018 Fairfield County 4-H Camps, Ohio 4-H Health Statement Form, and provide two references all of which are due by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 5th, 2018.
