As part of this Mental Health Awareness Day, OSPF has been chosen to receive $10-$20 of each ticket sale in donations, and to host a suicide prevention awareness booth at the Columbus Blue Jackets—New Jersey Devils match!

Individuals can take part in a short 45 minute Suicide Prevention Training from 5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. at Nationwide Arena (directly prior to the 7:00 p.m. hockey game)! The suicide prevention training will be provided by Barb Smith, the Executive Director of Survivors of Suicide and an ASIST Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Master Trainer. This gatekeeper training is appropriate for any adult in Ohio!

Please show your support for positive mental health and the Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation by sharing the attached flier with your contacts, signing up to take part in the gatekeeper training prior to the hockey game, AND purchasing tickets to the CBJ-NJD match on December 5th!
