The Guys and Gals Lead Contests will be held on Wednesday October 11, 2017 in the Feeder Creek Show Arena at the 2017 Fairfield County Fair. This year the event will start at 6:30 p.m. Entries in this class are open to all guys and gals, 3 years old and older, who have an interest in sheep and wool fashion. Participants may lead a ewe or market lamb, conditioned, fit and trained to a show halter. The entrant will be judged on the handling of their sheep and the fashion and style of their predominantly wool outfit. Classes will be divided into categories from ages 3 years old to adult. Deadline for commentaries is September 25, 2017.
