This week, we have a special announcement! We are SO excited to announce that Ohio’s first Great Apple Crunch virtual event will be held on Facebook live on October 8 at noon! Just tune in to the Ohio Farm to School Facebook page on October 8 at noon to learn where and how apple trees grow and how Ohio apples get to your plate!
For Apple Crunchers to get the most out of this event, we encourage Crunches in grades K-5 to complete the NEW apple-based lesson plans available to all Apple Crunch registrants! We all know that flexibility is the name of the game in 2020 and we are SO excited because these lesson plans can be done in OR out of the classroom. Special thanks to Columbus City Schools and Ag in the Classroom for creating them!
