24th Southwest Ohio Perennial School

Ohio State University Extension Clermont County will host the 24th Southwest Ohio Perennial School on April 12, 2018 at 8 a.m. at the Clermont County Fairground’s 4-H Hall, 1000 Locust Street, Owensville, Ohio.

The event will feature educational presentations with a tradeshow, staffed by regional vendors and gardening organizations.

Speakers include (topics titles subject to change) “Introduction to Growing Mushrooms” Jerry Iles, OSU Extension, Fairfield County; “Farmer Florist” Tracey Parriman, Tracey Rae Farmer Florist; “Designing your Landscape” Kyra Back, Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden; “Time for Better Breads and Butter: Expand Planting Choices” Brian Heinz, Spring Grove Cemetery & Arboretum and one yet to be determined.

Download a registration form. Registration is $40 on or before April 1; registration will be $45 after April 1. Fee includes program, continental breakfast, buffet lunch, refreshments, handouts and door prize tickets. Our favorite Chef Michael of “Taste of the Good Life” will be catering lunch.
