UPDATED! Required Junior Fair Exhibitor Forms

In true 2020 fashion, Junior Fair Exhibitor forms are going virtual!  To avoid paperwork changing of hands, Junior Fair forms are being converted to an electronic format.  These forms must all be completed by Friday, July 24th at 11:59p.m.

Junior Fair Standards of Behavior
The Standards of Behavior form is required for all Junior Fair members to participate in the Junior Fair.

Drug Use Notification Form (DUNF)

Instructions for completing the DUNF form.

If your animal is a rabbit (market or exhibition), a horse/donkey, a breeding animal, an exhibition/fancy, pack/harness only, or is too young to lactate, you DO NOT need to fill out a DUNF.

If your animal project is listed below, fill out the electronic Clermont County DUNF before Friday, July 24th at 11:59pm.

Cattle

  • Large Market Beef (steer/heifer)
  • Veal Calf (not a feeder)
  • Dairy Steer
  • Lactating Dairy Cattle (cow not a heifer)

Swine

  • Market Hog (barrow/gilt)

Goat

  • Dairy Market (wether/doe) Must use scrapie ID#
  • Meat Market (wether/doe) Must use scrapie ID#
  • Lactating Dairy Goats (even if currently dry)

Poultry (use NA for ID#, they will be assigned onsite)

  • Market Chicken (single and pen)
  • Market Turkey
  • Market Duck
  • Market Geese

Sheep

  • Market Lamb Must use scrapie ID#

Affidavit Regarding Ractopamine Hydrochloride (Beta-Agonist) to Swine
All swine exhibitors are required to complete the ractopamine affidavit.

UPI Exhibition Livestock Producer Affidavit
The United Producers Incorporated form must be completed by any youth selling one of the following animals in the Junior Livestock Sale.

  • Swine
  • Market beef
  • Beef feeders
  • Market dairy steers
  • Dairy feeders
  • Market feeders
  • Market goats
  • Market lambs
