Fair Pass Distribution for 2020 Junior Fair

The Clermont County Agricultural Society is hosting a modified Junior Fair this year.  In an effort to limit crowd sizes, events will not be open to the general public for admission. Anyone attending the Clermont County Junior Fair this year will need to wear a wristband (no paper passes this year).  Each livestock exhibitor will be issued a band and their immediate family will be given four bands. For example, a family with two livestock exhibitors will be issued six total bands. Those participating in general project judging be given two bands. One for themselves and one for a family member bringing them to project judging. Cloverbuds are not considered exhibitors and would use one of the family’s four bands. If your family needs more than four bands for immediate family members who are not exhibitors, please send an email to pkirk6423@gmail.com and explain your situation and how many extra bands you are requesting. Requests will be approved on a case-by-case basis.

Livestock exhibitors, 4-H advisors and county breeders can pick up their bands at the Junior Fairboard office on Friday, July 24th from 5-9:00pm. General Project exhibitors can pick up their bands in the Senior Fairboard office on Friday, July 24th from 5:00-9:00pm. Wristbands must be picked up by a family representative. That person will be required to sign for the bands. Wristbands will NOT be distributed to your 4-H advisors to hand out.

The representative signing for the bands is responsible for the distribution of those bands. Wrist bands must be visible the entire week and should not be shared with other individuals. Exhibitors and spectators will not be permitted onto the fairgrounds without a wristband.
