General Project and Club Flower Display Check-In

General project check-in will be held on Thursday, July 18 from 3:00 -7:00 p.m. in the 4-H Hall.  All members who participated in general project judging as well as any member who completed an advisor review for their general project, is invited to exhibit his/her project in the 4-H Hall during fair week.  As a reminder, members are required to have a project on display to be eligible for a fair pass and to receive fair premiums.

Clubs who created flower displays for the Club Flower Display Contest, must also check-in their flower displays from 3:00-7:00 p.m. in the 4-H Hall on Thursday, July 18.  Clubs will select the location for their display on a first-come, first-served basis.  Awards will be presented on Thursday, July 25, during the Skillathon and Outstanding Exhibitor Awards Ceremony.

All projects must be removed from the 4-H Hall on Saturday, July 27 from 8:00-9:00 p.m.  Flower displays must be removed from the grounds by 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 28.  There will not be a project pick-up on Sunday.
