Class hosted by OSU Extension-Clermont County, Stonelick Fire and EMS, Jackson Township Fire and EMS and Fayetteville Fire & EMS. Open to all departments and communities, near and far.
Grain C.A.R.T. Program Goal:
The overarching goal is to collaboratively develop a comprehensive agricultural rescue program. The program will consist of Ohio Fire Academy curriculum, and professional training for first responders, as well as OSU Ag Safety Grain Handling Awareness curriculum for outreach education and awareness for farmers and agricultural industries.

Emergency Personnel:
- Offered to 25 participants each day (April 22 & 23)
- Cost: $15 includes lunch
- Hands on Training
- Participants will take a six-hour OFA course (#1954) to learn and practice grain bin rescue techniques with the CART
Public:
- Workshop on Saturday, April 22, is open to the public beginning at 9:00am
- Cost: $15 includes lunch
- Participants will have the opportunity to view the Grain Comprehensive Agriculture Rescue Trailer (CART)
- Community participants are not allowed to participate in the actual rescue-training portion
