Evidence-Based Practice

Evidence-based practice (EBP) is a problem solving approach to the delivery of care that incorporates the current best evidence with a clinician’s expertise and patient/family preferences and values. When implemented consistently, EBP results in the highest quality of care, improved population health outcomes, decreased costs and clinician empowerment
